Soraya Doniani
FOUNDING PARTNER
I am Soraya Doniani, founding partner of DON, and I work as a coach, mentor and trainer for solutions. I am responsible for developing solutions and identifying the need for training and organizational development.
Pedagogy, with specialization in the areas of Human Resources, MBA in ESG from IBMEC, MBA in Business Management from FGV, with solid professional experience in the area of Education, with more than 20 years in the areas of Pedagogical Coordination, Teacher, Trainer, Coach and Mentor.
I began my career as a teacher and later took on leadership positions such as coordination, management and direction. Since 2006, I have accumulated a vast repertoire to work in medium and large national and multinational companies, delivering solutions and designing organizational development projects.
Psychoanalyst, graduated from the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies, CEP.
Certified in Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) certified by the Barret Values Centre.
Behavioral Analyst in DISC theories, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence, Sales Skills and Competencies, certified by TTI Insights Brasil.
Master, Trainer and Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming.
Professional Coach in the areas of Life, Business & Executive, Team Coaching certified by the ICC (International Coaching Community).
Training and degrees in institutions such as: Faculty of Education, USP, PUC, FGV.

I am Fabio Souza, founding partner of DON, Coach & Trainer, in the development of all operational levels and the Leadership Pipeline of organizations.
Business Administrator, Postgraduate from INSPER, with solid national and international professional experience of over 20 years in the areas of Administration, Commercial, Business Development and Training & Development.
Executive in positions of Manager, Country Manager and Director in multinational companies in the services, telecommunications and automotive segments, with emphasis on Mercedes-Benz and Toyota. Consultant in Cultural Transformation Tools (CTT) certified by the Barrett Values Centre. Behavioral analyst in DISC theories, Motivators, Emotional Intelligence, Sales Skills and Competencies, certified by TTI Insights Brasil. I am Tatiana Dugaich, co-founder of the DON Desenvolvimento Barcelona unit, Coach, Consultant & Trainer. Clinical and Organizational Psychologist with over 13 years of experience in the corporate world, in multinational companies and startups in leadership and strategy positions in the area.
Human Resources. Living in Barcelona since 2021, I worked as an executive in a startup in the process of scaling up, and I have extensive experience in team management and implementing strategic programs aimed at talent development and organizational improvement.
Project leadership as a mentor for HR teams and startup founders, assisting in the scale-up process and focusing on building effective Human Resources strategies to promote sustainable growth and the evolution of companies. Specialist

CO-FOUNDER DON SANTIAGO
I am Paula Lemos, with over 18 years of experience in business development, with a strong emphasis on team management, training and people development, as well as a solid track record in implementing sales strategies. My career was developed in a global leader in the international logistics segment, where I consolidated my expertise in high-performance corporate environments.
Business Administrator with a focus on Foreign Trade and an MBA in Business Management, with specialized courses in sales, negotiation and team management. Certifications in Strategic Sales Planning, Negotiation Skills, Selling Value to the Customer and the Management Development Program (MDP).
Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
